Well hopefully the aftershows will kick out just b4 dawn so then people will be able to get the tube without much hassle!!

Or if no ticket, stay in the pub til closing and refuse to move!!

"Fella's would u look at that tail............... would u eva....."

.....I don't do this because i have a choice.........it was pre-determined b4 my birth.........

The tube won't be running when the aftershows kick out, so there won't be any hassle. They start running again about 6am.

And now for a cup of tea.

Think I will wait around for a while before I attempt to get on the tube. Live Earth was a mission to get out of, so I will take the post-gig stress out this time.

Apparently on nights where there are aftershows the Thames Clipper (riverboat) service will carry on running until the wee late hours dropping people off at London Bridge Pier and Waterloo Pier.

They best option if you can is cycle! Along the southbank its a breeze to beat the crowds and you get a great view!

Obviously the train will be the choice for most.

The Squirrel Tip:

Ignore trying to cram in with thousands at North Greenwich tube station. Simply take a wonderful Thames view stroll along the riverbank for three quarters of a mile and you will arrive at the Cutty Sark Dockland Light Railway. From here, you can get a virtually empty train back to Bank Station or Stratford Station.

If you are staying in London, you can change back onto the Tube at Bank Station.

If you have driven in or flown in, you can get the train directly to Stratford. Flyers can them get a fast train link on.

Drivers - Park up at Stratford or Gallions Reach at the bottom of the M11 and you can hop on the train to the venue in less than 15 minutes!

Stress free concert going! biggrin
