IndigO2 - Dress Code? For those who have been to Indigo2 already, was there a dress code (eg no trainers / jeans)?

I would also really appreciate an answer to this! Travelling down form Glasgow and don't want to let something trivial stop me from getting into the aftershow. Sounds like a real man to me...mind if I turn on the radio?

Cool ... I'm travelling from Glasgow too, and wondered how much I needed to pack for the trip. L I'm just, I'm just Levi from the org

Just read over their venue policies list and there is no mention of any dress rules or restrictions (there is also no mention on the actual tickets). I looked for an email address to contact them myself and ask, but I can't see one.
Does anyone have an email address for the indigo2? I am happy to contact them and post the reply on here. Levi - there are so many clubs in glasgow with a basic no denim/ trainers policy, I'm not surprised we're both worried! haha. Sounds like a real man to me...mind if I turn on the radio?

In this instance though, we're talking about 25 quid a ticket, pre-booked via Ticketmaster. It's not like queueing up outside a nightclub or something and hoping the bouncer doesn't take a disliking to your face If you have a ticket, wear whatever you want.

Good post....I was wondering the same thing. This being a Prince concert I thought that it would be a bit rude not to dress as glam as you can...that being said, you do like to dress in fairly comfortable clothes when you're standing dancing through a two hour plus concert!! Think it might be best to find a happy medium and find something smart but comfortable. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!

There is no dress code for IndigO2. However that doesn't mean you all have to dress like skags Also it closes at 4am. Not sure of the price of a pint yet. Or red bull and double vodkas either. My wife and I? Yes we have a problem

That takes me back! Jeans (very expensive), soft leather shoes and possibly a distressed sequined Led Zeppelin t-shirt. Now you'll all recognise me

Come on, we're Prince fans. They'll just be lucky if we don't turn up in assless pants, moon ear-wraps, or legwarmers.

I will be wearing my "Rainbow Children" t-shirt no doubt and maybe even the Peace and be wild t-shirt i have with the free music motif on the back which is very appropriate now more than ever! I would imagine most people will have been 2 the gig b4 the aftershow and be in purple party atire [Edited 7/29/07 9:39am] Where have all the raspberry women gone?

Thank you! This is going to be my first prince show and aftershow (since being obsessed with the man for over 12 years now), I can't describe how excited I am. Can anyone tell me what is usually available in the way of merch at the shows? Sounds like a real man to me...mind if I turn on the radio?
