step 3 : tell them you want to swap tickets, tell them you are fanclub member, tell them your code

I just tried that and was told no by ticketmaster - no exchanges or refunds. ANyone been told different?

I'm not sure I want to...If it's on the floor, shorties likm me won't be getting areat view....however, if I can swap my upper tier ones do you think that would be better?

guys if you have upper tier and you bought em before the so called height warning was put up....exchange em. if you also have the prince code and want the questionable floor seats use it on this exchange. it can be done.

Call TM Customer Services on 0161 385 1420, you won't get the Fan Club Upgrade (well I didn't) even after arguing that my friends had!

If you have upper tier you can swap them for lower teir because of the height thing that msserendipity mentioned, good luck!

They did let me exchange upper tier for lower tier - and I'm pretty unhappy to find that I could now exchange for BK112 row D! Of course, I'm happy to have better seats, but why couldn't we access these tickets in the first place???

Another farcical situation that we can't do anything about.

If anyone does genuinely know what we have to say to be able to use our password (those lucky ones of us that were given one...as I know some of you haven't had one) on Ticketmaster to get better tickets, I'd be very grateful to know!

No way am I buying more, but I do think that NPGMC fans should have been entitled to the best seats right at the start. As it is, F1 is the best I was able to get as an NPGMC fan, and ticket agencies on Ebay are selling real front row seats for £650 per ticket. What a con.

I didnt bother with the fanclub code.

I called them at 12 and got a reply e mail at 3 to say you can swap them! I think its only for holders of tiks in the upper tiers tho

I also phoned yesterday and was told the only ones that would be swapped would be Upper Tier

I emailed and was sent a standard brush-off. I sent a follow-up and they haven't replied. Guess I'll have to phone them.

emailed them mondaymorning, through their site. They answered today (tuesday afternoon) and the seats were switched without any problems from upper tier to lower tier. They are at the back of the symbol, but I was also almost at the back of the symbol in upper tier, so I'm happy.

YES THE ARCOPHOBIA TRICK DOES WORK!changed one set of tickets for the 9/sept
for lower tier block116 which is better than what i had but my 7/august tickets have already been printed so will have to stick with my girlfriends fear of hieghts or whatever acrophobia means !!!!nice one guys cheers!
