Macy's - extra tickets, cheap?

Saw an article in the paper today about people being unable to sell extra tickets to the Police concert tonight in MPLS that they'd bought (ha ha scalpers). The question is, will the same thing happen with Prince? Any chance we'll be able to show up before the Macy's show and buy a ticket from a desperate scalper for, oh I don't know, $20?

Lower level tickets to the Target Center sold for $34 on Ebay but $20 for Macy's seems low but I would guess $75 would get you in as there are dozens available on Ebay.

Hey, don't worry about it. That's what I did when I heard people were paying $300 for 7 songs and a bottle of perfume.

Moderator? You can kill this thread now. Megamann doesn't care about the Macy's show anymore. He's gonna have to rest up during the day for 1st Ave.

So a Macy's ticket and a lower level ticket sold for $100.01. That scalper took a bath unless he got $150 for the perfume and t-shirt already.

This stuff makes me hope that concert prices in general are gonna go down. They're just too high right now; there are alot of musicians I'd pay $20 to see, but not too many for more than that. I mean, hey, I've been a Prince fan all my life, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit to being a little pissed off that I paid $77 for an upper deck seat for tomorrow's show. I never even considered paying for one of the more expensive tickets; there's no one I'd rather see in concert but come on, that's just too much. And $300 for the perfume thing? I feel like he's playing us for fools, but at the same time he'd be a fool not to charge as much as he could get, so I can't get mad at him for it. The people willing and able to shell out that much though...
