ok we'll i've pmed u details. later on i'll post some details of where 2 stay and how 2 get hotels at good rates, and what the good rates should be. they vary from around £50ish at weekends but can go right up on weekdays.

there is another "pub" thread so once i've got confirmation of a specific venue (maybe the crowne plaza) we can get everyone to meetup there, before we are dissipated all over every corner of the o2 (apart from those in the posh seats)

Meetups are all fine and well but i thought prince had been lost to the mainstream world of music.Between his conflict with warner and the soulless trend we have seen in the UK charts my impression was pessimistic.Musicology,Cinnamon girl,Black Sweat,Fury, were all chart material but none made it.Thats partly why the whole dome selling out quicker than a "we hate George Bush"convention surprised me.Anyway thats me booked up on easyjet to skip down to luton airport on the 18th august.leaving Glasgow airport 7am returning on the sunday at 3.30pm.only £54.99.Bargain.I have also seen an upturn in musical trends in the uk that has made me very happy and my taste is also more open minded all of a sudden.
