I am not happy either, if I am in the lower tier. I got these VIP tickets on the presale Thursday night, so would at least expect floor seating. Thursday night seating plan did not have the brown section on it. If we are on row 10 lower tier the people in row 11 would have only paid £31.21!!!!Also, someone is selling VIP tickets on E-Bay for £1700, but saying he has section A1, row 3 and stating this has been confirmed with Ticketmaster!

I guess that nasty piece of work is happy to accept a bad feedback in exchange for £2,000.

i've just been on the phone with ticketmaster about my GAO tickets.

they told me the same thing that tickets have not been allocated yet and the sellers on ebay are silly to say that they know which seats, and they should not be doing that.

she said that all VIP ticket holders should be happy because the vip floor and vip mid-tier tickets will give the best and similar view. she even said something about how there will be seats below the vip mid-tier , but non of us should be more further back than 20 rows.

What ticketmaster is telling you doesn't make sense. If seats have not been allocated for the VIP tickets then how come they have seat numbers on them? Mine for 11th August is G A O seat 7. I don't think ticketmaster know what they are talking about.

In the past, I have had many general admission tickets that have had seat numbers on them. It is simply a way to keep track of the tickets.

on my print out confirmation from ticketmaster, mine says the following:

DESCRIPTION - PRICE LEVEL 1 GENERAL ADMISSION

At first I thought HELL NO - I got these seats + boat as soon as I could and im not on the floor?!?!?! but looking at all my other tickets wether its lower tier or upper - they all say the same thing...PRICE LEVEL 1

Any one shed some light?? I wanna know where im sitting!!!!

confused

If this is the case, who will skip the boat ride and queue for a better position?

i know and they are just guessing they say because the promoter is in its early stages of planning and has not given them any other official info they say.

at the end of the day, we will have great seats thats the main thing, and i'm really excited about that smile

I just spoke with Ticketmaster and asked for a manager to explain the situation. They have been told that all VIP ticket holders will receive a special letter in the post with full details of what the £200+ ticket gives us including the location of our seats.

I don`t think seats have been allocated yet. I agree with person who said we haven`t heard of any one with GB, GC, GD ETC. I went to gig at koko, i bought tickets from ticket master and they had GA5 88 AND 89 on them and it was all standing! Also if you think about it the stage is symbol shaped they prob not even worked out how or where to put seats yet. It says on description of v.i.p package you will be transfered to your seat. very odd way of saying it i think. Maybe they need to see how many tickets they sell for golden circle before allocting cos don`t want empty seats at front.

I thought about getting the package ( even though I dont need the hotel as I live in london) but its now £170!!! which is too steep for my frugal self.. shake They still have VIP tickets for the 11th which is cool.

I may change my mind and get a ticket anyway but for now im holding out for later date Saturday show.... party

The £120 price is per person, based on two people sharing. There is a £50 suppliment on the hotel room if you go on your own.

So it still works out at £120 if you team up with someone. Then, they can have the room, you can head home, but you both get gold circle for £120!

Looks like the 11th and 18th are still available.

Wow eek In my book, thats the best seat in the building!! I bought a couple on the 4th August from Scarlet Mist (thanks to you pal!) but haven't received confirmation of which row. Did they email you?

I have bought one of the VIP cruise tickets, what sold it to me was in the advert on ticketmaster it stated I would be in the gold circle floor seating area no more than 10 rows back. So I really hope this is true but looking at everyone else's reponse to GA tickets I'm beginning to think otherwise!! (My booking says GA7 A-type seat 37).

I am waiting for a response from ticketmaster telling me the difference between the 'brown' and 'yellow' gold seating areas and which one I will be in. I will let everyone know as soon as I get an answer.
