Seeing as the Dublin gig (10th October) sold out in minutes, that Prince hasn't played Ireland since 1995, that Irish fans are mental Prince-alholics, hundreds of fans (esp. French) are travelling from abroad to Dublin to see his high-ness, and Prince isn't playing another gig for a full 2 days later (13th October in Frankfurt), all say "Hooorrah" below for the idea of NPGMC organizing a second Dublin date? Then we can forward this on the NPGMC and see what they say...

I already wrote a week ago and got no response.Didn't expect one either.

It ain't gonna happen. The feeling here amoungst the general public, was that the tickets were too expensive, with most people willing to pay for the fact it was for one night only..a second gig wouldnt near sell out. Having said that I think the original plan was to announce a second gig, hence the two day break between his next gig, but the vibe was that it wouldnt work...ah well...

Hey Bazman, there is huge demand for another show, but Prince does not want to do it (that's what the promoters told me!)

Hmmm, maybe thats the case...dont get me wrong, I have been amazed and really thrilled at the positive stuff that I've been hearing about him since the gigs were announced, there hasn't been a day gone by when I havent heard him mentioned in the media, and thats great when a mention of Prince contains phrases like 'genius' and not something like 'weird'. But I really dont think a second show wouldve worked..just my opinion..
