Raspberry	Alan ... that's exactly what I've been doing. Haven't hit refresh at all. I'm still not getting through, all I'm getting is a "server is temporarily busy" message.

coeus	I had success doing what Alan suggests. For a long time I was hitting reload, reload.. but nothing. Then I decided to wait and let the progress-bar do it's thing, and voilá, I was in. Once I was in, I stayed in until I finished my order. That was for the London-shows though.. haven't tried getting in for the Manchester-tix.

I am not a total technology dunce, but how the hell do you add items to your cart? I put 2 in the tickets box, went to check out and it said my cart was empty! HELP!

UPDATE - Don't know what happened on the site but tried again and it worked. As long as you have the MS logo spinning in the corner, don't click anything! Just stay patient.

alanhoey	another point though is that peoples isp's may be timing them out when it takes the internet browser over a certain amount of time to get through. so it may not be the npgmc's fault at all

alanhoey	PUT IN THE AMOUNT GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND GO TO VIEW CART THEN YOU GET THE OPTION TO GO TO CHECKOUT FROM THERE

AntonyGolding	Yippeee! I just got tickets at 6.11pm, after trying non-stop at both home and work for over 2 hours (apart from 10 minutes drive home). Praise the lord!

spud80	Just tickets for 8th October - happy, happy me. I also got to checkout twice and the computer crashed - got there in the end though. Been trying since 2mins past 4.

spud80	PSavage - if you didn't give your credit card number and got a receipt number at the end - your tickets aren't booked - try again - GOOD LUCK
