Prince Done in Vegas after March? It's Latin night at the 3121 club so the gift shop is open. While making purchases, I inquired as to when more jewelry would be stocked, and told: "It's not." They're closing shop. "Prince is done after March". The resturant will remain open, but the arrangement is over for the shows and gift shop.
The merchandise was pretty much picked over and no newsletters were available. It seems as though the employees know they won't be working. For what it's worth.... maybe things will change...? | |

Well, after going back to my room and trying on the purchases I made, I decided to see what else I could scavenge from the 3121 gift shop. Another $70.00 t-shirt(the asian looking tie-dyed orange and black one) coffee mug with the back of Prince's head, incense, another thong. Was informed if I want any more Prince products, his web site will be back on after March. He's doing something in LA the next couple of months. | |

Thanks Kristie !! So only newsletters #1 / #2 / #3 Doing something in LA ????? The person I spoke to was pretty firm about it. He's going to transfer from the Prince organization and work for the Rio after March, so it sounds as though some of the employees will still have jobs. Since Prince isn't performing this weekend, his staff won't be around to squeeze more info from. | |

I found the newsletters. They were at the front desk, so I nabbed one or two.(If there aren't any for the rest of his shows, you'll know why) If he's going to continue with the newsletters it would be good to provide more for his upcoming concerts. Maybe he'll just post it on his web site in the future. The woman at the desk said he would be touring in June. | |
