March tickets on sale Friday or Saturday for 3121

Hey everyone,

I live here in Vegas and was at 3121 talking to the manager and he confirmed Prince will play in March at 3121 and that tickets will go on sale Friday or Saturday. He also said that his contract ends at the end of March but they have already started working on another 6 month to 1 year deal.

I went to the box office and they confirmed the same information.

I am heading out the first weekend of March, originally for non-Prince related fun, but always hoping he'd be doing some on the days I am there. :fingerscrossed:

Friday morn and the tix still aren't available....

Can't stop checking to see if tickets are on sale yet. This is driving me crazy! Has anyone called the Rio yet today? I'm trying really hard to hold off and give it a few hours..... tick tock tick tock

I called yesterday afternoon (thurs) and was told they have no schedule for March and to check back in a week. I asked about tickets going on sale fri or sat and they knew nothing of it. ????? This is so frustrating! I'll be in Vegas anyway, but just want to know I have tickets to see Prince too!

I booked to go mid november from england because Vegas.com said he was playing til July 07, i've seen prince over in the UK everytime he has played since his Kiss tour at wembley arena in the mid 80's. Coming to vegas to see him wa sa dream come true!

I have now spoke with 4 different employees at either 3121 or the Rio box office and they all confirm he will play through March.

And yes they say since the Superbowl Prince has become very popular and talks of a national tour have been heard. NOW dont read anything into that since the Rio has invested alot of money and advertising into Prince and I dont think he is going anywhere. I think if anything Prince is using this as leverage in a new contract.

3121 is finally what he wanted it to be. High demand for tickets and the freedom to do whatever he wants.
