yeah, but considering there is more chance of the earth being flat than seeing a Streisand tour (let alone show), i'd pay that in a heartbeat if she ever hit England again. Prince tours constantly pretty much, so (to me at least) it ain't even in the same ball park.

maybe he should just stop touring.....so then he could really ask for and get $3121 per ticket

What kind of logic is that?

Seemingly a far more logical one than your somewhat 'prickled' response. shrug

Easy tiger.

So by this "logic", Prince or any other artist should chill for a few years, come back and charge $700 plus dollars per ticket? Interesting.....can Barbara get that per ticket ANYWHERE else in the world? I'm a bit confuse as 2 why ANYONE would pay that type of money 2 see an artist for one night? For $700, u can BUY the ENTIRE catalog of most artist.

I think your response actually has more bearing on pkidwell's post to be honest:

...as I didn't say that - I simply stated the simple fact that I personally, (take careful note of the word 'personally' here), would rather shell out a hefty ticket price for an artist who rarely (if ever) tours. The last time she played live here in the early nineties, tickets for her handful of shows at Wembley Arena in London were £250-£500 each.

Nowhere did I state what your post is seemingly desperate (for some unfathomable reason) to imply.

Hey BanaCologne, I think everyone knows what you want to imply with your first message. But your further responses sound a little bit too much like a wisenheimer - at least for a moderator.
