Monsanto loses big in India.

Good news for once. The evil corporate pigs Monsanto cannot patent their GMO cotton:

Why corporations have too much power.

I 100% support protecting one's IP. Making up by ANY MEANS... a new thing should come with the right to protect that thing. Be it a new mousetrap to a Genetically Modified seed.

What I do not like (and IIRC the ONLY thing the movie "Food Inc" got correct was that Monsanto is crazy in how it goes about doing so. That is they have ZERO regard for seed migration... which is a thing even if that is not what it is really called. They were using bully tactics to enforce their patent.

The thing with seeds is if the plant makes more of that same seed then it will spread. (which is really the ONLY argument against GMOs) So they should accept that and just move on.

Anyone for banning the AR15 must be on the side of the criminal as once banned only criminals will have them.
