Is Obama another Bob Rae?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_rae

Will the realities of governing eventually erode his idealism?

I honestly never bought in to Barry and his "idealism" he was always very cautious bout the nuts and bolts of what he would do if he was elected. However he did let the whole "yes we can" propaganda and the kool aid flow more freely than it should, hoodwinking way to many normally logical people.

This of course not the first star eyed political campaign that once in office realized that nothing is actually gonna change under their tenure.

Well except for Polk he got his shit done.

C'mon let's give the guy a break. This is exactly why the right wins so many damn elections. He has been in office for less than a year. He inherited the worst economy since the great depression and he has still gotten farther along on Health Care than any president before him.

Right now he is making the democrats put up or shut up. If they don't back this guy we are going to have illegal gay marriage, adoption and illegal abortions trust me. The next Republican is going to go harder than W because the only moderates are in the Democratic party. The evangelicals own the Republicans.

The difference between the Republicans and the Democrats is that the Republicans aren't afraid to govern. They aren't afraid to be unpopular and most importantly their party stays together no matter what.

Let's stop not supporting a President with a very clear vision on what needs to happen for the betterment of our country and let's get on board with fixing this very important problem.

THE CARDINAL HAS SPOKEN!!!
