I'm still shock that there were witnesses there that actually WATCH most of the incident and no one did anything to stop it, NOT even a 911 phone call. Tupac "Makaveli" Shakur (RIP 1971-1996) & Michael Jackson (RIP 1958-2009)

Yeah. I came across this story a few days ago. It was sad. There were reports that people were encouraging the attack to continue. Folks were coming to watch!! How sick can you get? “When I give food to the poor, they call me a saint. When I ask why the poor have no food, they call me a Communist.” Brazilian bishop Dom Hélder Câmara

He was not a witness however, he heard about what was going on. after what? 2.5 hours and word spread into the dance. SUPRMAN said: How could this happen?
No one teaches children that the world is about more than what they want at the moment. All advertising does it teach that you should have what you want now, not later. Anyone suggesting otherwise is attacking a child's self-esteem . . . . The advertising theory IMO falls quickly. I would never blame advertising on a group of kids participating in a gangbang rape. Something is off 'spiritually' for that number of kids to want to participate. As in advertising do you mean, the high degree of violence, mixed with porn that kids are exposed to these days???? I can tell you I was more interested in sports, prince music! etc when I was a kid. So I just can't even understand how someone could even participate in gangbanging someone while a large group watches??! Even take out the aspect of rape. The # of people involved would be a turn off. But given that is someones 'thing' you mix in that this is a rape!! and no fucking way. No-no-no. Something is way off! This makes me want to further not be trusting of people in general. And also for people to just watch and record like its some event for youtube. Thats just messed up.

I can guarantee that some form of "Snitching" bullshit is gonna come up in this case, but you notice that KIDS all can text with lighting speed, and can fucking tweet stupid shit, and yet no one can call 911. I am praying that everyone who watched this unfold, stood there, cheered on, does time, and if its not in the laws in LA, then the people of LA should push for it, and if they still dont get it, I HOPE that what i hear is true, the family of this girl is going to sue the school, the lawmakers, and you can bet that if they get the names of people they will sue bystanders too, and if you think a jury wont be sympathetic and rule for the girl, you are nuts, all these families of these "bystanders" better be ready to pay some serious money, this kid is gonna own them now. a-ha "foot of the mountain TOUR 2009" a-ha "Ending on a High Note Final TOUR 2010" going everywhere!

Richmond, CA is in the S.F. Bay Area, north of Oakland. What are you suing bystanders for? How are they liable? The civil case against the school is negligence. There is no criminal liability attached to the school. I think it will settle and not go to trial civilly. There will of course, be a criminal trial.

probably too busy video taping it like they were with that boy in chicago. "...I will go to the animal shelter and get you a kitty cat. I will let you fall in love...with that kitty cat. And then on some dark, cold night I will steal away into your home...and punch you in the face!"

in a story i read earlier in the week about this.
it is necessary to help others, not only in our prayers, but in our daily lives. If we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them.

In the paper yesterday, one of the local thugs said they were looking for the guys the police hadn't arrested yet. He said if they found them, they would do the same thing to them that they did to her . . . Makes you wanna turn yourself in . . . .

Moral devaluation comes to mind, but I'm not sure. It is too far from my window of refference. Rape, I consider, toghether with childabuse the lowest of crimes. Richmond, Oakland, Antioch, Hayward, Fremont, shit, even Fairfield and Vallejo. It seems as though the gangs are taking over. And this just in: San Jose...a twelve year old was shot and a 13 year old stabbed while they were trick or treating JUST because they had red Nikes on.
