Obambi still hasn't produced a long form birth certificate, or certificate of live birth, proving birth on U.S. soil. Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states that the President must be a natural born citizen -- born on U.S. soil. | |

The birth issue has exploded, but understand, investigation has been going on since fall 08. He has a long form birth certificate listing hospital name, doctors signatures created in 1961, it is (sitting in a vault) over at 1250 Punchbowl Street in Honolulu. There was THE B.S. claim by CNN clowns that there are no hard copies left and the archives went electronic as of 2001, so Barry can't get provide a long form right?

That is the LOOPHOLE. This statute allowed Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Live birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. If this was any other state, it wouldn't be an issue..simply present the short form certification and it would represent thelong form...Remember, Hawaii is on the Pacific Rim and serves as a way station, historically..large military presence, lots of travelers and babies being born, that's why the statutes were different.
