so, yes or no, do you believe in God?

i havent been around these parts often, im sure you all know how each other feels about this topic, but i need to understand what im dealing with here....


do you believe in God??




if you are wondering, my answer is a definate YES, no questions asked or confusion in my statement, i know there is a God...

I bank my faith on the notion we've received revelation enough to know/do a certain bit within our purview. But, ultimately, the most we can aspire to now is baby talk.

My question to you is, how do you know? Any empirical evidence to support your claim? Or is it through faith?

And what god do you believe in? The Abrahamic concept of God? If so, why?

So you see, its impossible to deny that god does not exists, some see him in a tortilla or piece of toast, some see him as the guy who brings the KibblesN'Bits and says you-such-a-goo-boy!

Its just a positive perspective to do the right thing, a positive perspective will motivate you to keep trying your best, day after day no matter what anyone tells you.

this is all very interesting stuff, as i knew it would be.

obviously we are all free to believe in anything we wish, those who say yes are absolute certain that there is a God, those who say no couldnt be more wrong lol - im totally messin with ya. im saying that the opposite of what you believe is just so abrasive to hear, i can only hope that each of us finds our own destiny as we believe it should be heart

i don't know. i would not call my self an atheist. but then again i would not call myself a religious person. I am trying to find a being whom i can have a mystic connection. I am trying different religions. Most of them are leaving me hollow. currently, i am really into the hellenistic religion. Not sure whether i'll convert. god is irrelevant to me at the moment thought.

What the fuck is a horse anyways? It looks like a really deformed beaver. You should probably pay more attention to these types of things.

Agnostic. I have no clue and I sincerely doubt any of us have one. Everyone saying they definitely have discovered the TRUTH cannot be telling the truth.lol Especially when they keep 'prophesying' and nothing comes true.razz

I certainly don't believe in that vengeful, misogynistic God of the OT. I have studied Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, Jehovah's Witnesses (not as a member--REALLY studied them), Hinduism, and a few others, and IMO Buddhism comes close to what the right attitude about God (a higher power) should be. Although there are still some vestiges of sexism in Buddhism, and I for one believe any scripture or teaching that placed women below man was all man-made bullshit, so I have begun studying Wicca. thumbs up!
