Okay, let me understand this correctly... there are Republicans who are gay but they toe the party line. Is it possible to be a hypocritical hypocrite???

So what exactly is their stance on...
    Homosexuality
    Gay Marriage
    Gays serving in the Military
    Gay Rights
    Gay couples adopting
Discrimination of Gays in the workplace

it seems to me that they would be fighting their hardest to keep Gays completely out of mainstream society, while being Gay themselves...

is that some weird kink or something?

I don't get it...

I'm just curious... anyone? hmmm

Everytime I comb my hair, Thoughts of U get in my eyes, U're a sinner, I don't care, I just want your creamy thighs

A completely inefective ad. Who is this meant to rally? Green Party members?

The democrats should learn that they need the old guard middle-class to win an election; and until they understand such, they'll do nothing but wallow in the republican presidential victories with dour brows.

A Bill Clinton style democrat comes along once in a life-time; get used to the GOP running the White House for the next 3-4 elections.

well, let's see. i live in minneapolis and i'm gay. i found this ad to be an effective reflection of my feelings about the upcoming republican convention.

i don't think it's meant to "rally" anyone. i think it's supposed to be satire. as in, like, humor. as in, like, lighten up, it's a joke. smile

Just because you have a group of people who have daddy issues they can't fulfill in the bedroom doesn't mean jack shit lol They are traitors who don't care enough about their own rights to get some therapy and get over this validation they need from their party.

show me footage of a log cabin couple kissing in the middle of the republican convention, and i'll maybe gain a shred of respect for them. and i'm not talking about full tongue make-out action - just a little bit of unashamed enthusiasm.

and to be fair, you know, if there were a way to separate the social dogma of the republican party from the more nuts-and-bolts economic policy and nitty gritty philosophies of the GOP, i would sincerely be interested in exploring "the other side", as it were. but i've never seen that to be a viable option, and i've never gotten close enough to that divide to have the opportunity to really weigh in on the "big picture" issues without all the social issue/civil liberty bullshit getting in the way.

god bless log cabin republicans for having the patience to deal with all that indignity, i guess. that's the kindest thing i can say about them. lol

What's not to get. If you are Gay and Rich, Republicans "speak" your language. There are a lot of close minded people who are gay, yet don't think we should have the same kind of marriage, think you should "keep your gayness to yourself", that people from all walks of life should be able to succeed and make as much money as they do, and if you can't well, you're doing something wrong, and basially don't see how people ARE disadvantaged, and refuse to see that many people aren't allowed the same opportunities as they have been given. This is how most rich people think...IMO.

I would think that you would support a common cause that's all. I don't see how Gay and wealth tie into toeing the GOP line...

I have my fair share of Gay relatives and friends and I just don't understand why you would want to foster the oppression of your own friends, neighbors and lovers.
