Bill Maher's Get Over Yourself / Prince Symbol Award?

I am a huge fan of Bill Maher. While reading up on his former network show Politically Incorrect, I see that he would hand out an award shaped as Prince's symbol, called the "Get Over Yourself" award? Was it a nightly feature? Would he rip on Prince at all? Anyone have details?
