Well, this job has been described as "what Stephen Hadley would do if Stephen Hadley had the time".

So, by being "less involved in Iraq", it seems Bush is minimizing his constitutional duties as Commander-in-Chief. It's just another example of his refusal to take responsibility. I can't see why anyone would be happy about that. Second Funkiest White Man in America

it is the presidents power to delegate as he sees fit, i KNEW someone would try to do make that silly point, when there is no such point to be made. granted i do not think he should have done it but it is constitutional.

well, then you clearly don't understand any of our position. as we have pointed out many times over, it isn't that we oppose the war because we hate bush. we oppose the war because scores of innocent people are dying, because billions of dollars in our money is being spent, because american soldiers are dying, because the corporations are theiving billions off of the american and iraqi public, because we have no right nor need to have done what we did, because it's the worst foreign policy disaster in american history, because it's re-opening old cold war wounds, and so on. anyone that ignores all of this and says we just really hate bush is a fool. I didn't say he did anything unconstitutional; I said he minimized his constitutional duties. Which he did. By definition, "delegating" means "transfering power and responsibility to another". Look it up in a diction...oh, right. Second Funkiest White Man in America

I think Bush is a cool dude. I really do. I know people that know him and say he's a blast to hang around, and I am sure that's true. However, he's a lousy president. Second Funkiest White Man in America

it is necessary to help others, not only in our prayers, but in our daily lives. If we find we cannot help others, the least we can do is to desist from harming them.

However, he's a lousy president. i'm sure he's boatloads of fun, especially after a few beers. what i don't understand is why there are still people willing to take positions in this administration when it's quite obvious that they are just there to be used as scapegoats down the road?

so, then please do tell me how the dictionary is completely wrong about the definition of "knowing", professor... there you go again making up crazy things that i never said or implied... granted all those definitions you posted are crap but like i often say "dictionaries are not good sources for definitions" now Socrates would have said "Knowledge" is a type of explainable true belief. or a Justified ture belief... but then there is the Gettier example so... but like i said you do not KNOW what the word means and if you would just admit it we might be able to move on.
