No Prince, Huh?
A Great Overview!! Great List!!... However... Not to bring Prince into everything, but Purple Rain or Let's Go Crazy Should've been In there ... Especially since they chose songs from 8 Mile, Fame, Do the Right Thing, Grease, Footloose and Dirty Dancing?? So people really voted for these and FLASHDANCE over Prince, huh? interesting... So, "Time Of My Life" from DIRTY DANCING has greater CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE than any of Prince's soundtrack? hmmmm.... Kermit the Frog wailing"The Rainbow Connection is MORE SIGNIFICANT than PURPLE RAIN?...ok... So, Flashdance...What A Feeling will have more of a LASTING LEGACY than.....Nevermind!
