Was the Paula Cole Trio or was it Paula Cole Band, the last album released by her? Where Has Paula Gone? giggle

Here's some cool Q & A with Paula:
http://www.paulacole.com/...index.html

She was recording an album with Hugh Padgham a few years ago and I don't think it ever got done. I saw her live on the Amen tour and she was fucking amazing. I literally was speechless for hours afterwards. What a powerful voice, what a strong woman. She even TORE UP Whole Lotta Love.

Babycakes, let's hope she left those underarms alone. lol

Last I heard, Paula had encountered static from her label and had just had a baby with another musician (whose name eludes me).

She pops in at that web site every now and then. She's the bomb: amazing voice, piano playing and songwriting.

I love Paula Cole. I saw her live twice. Once at Lilith Fair '97 and another time in a small theatre and I was in a complete frenzy! Her singing is amazing and when she does her version of Dolly Parton's 'Jolene' and begins to beat-box...everyone goes crazy.

I hope to hear a new record soon!

I was and still am a huge fan of many of the 'Lilith' era ladies...

Joan Osborne-She pops in every now and then on soundtracks and is usually the highlight for me ('Standing In The Shadows of Motown', 'Raising Helen'). She is incredible live as well. Her last album HOW SWEET IT IS...her take on some classic soul tunes is fantastic. She gives it her own distinctive style and soars.

Fiona Apple-Her new record will be out soon. I can't wait. I heard she's lightened up a bit.
Every minute of last night is on my face today....
