This Tuesday May 4th is the release date for Arena (live 84 concert film.... Kinda like SOTT but WAY over the top), The Making of Arena and Sing Blue Silver (84 tour documentay)!!!!

Plus, I just got this email:

The Duran Duran UK Tour maybe coming to a close but now the experience will live
on forever!

It seems only fitting, after the overwhelming success of the UK tour, that the
band has chosen to film the last two shows at Wembley Arena on April 30th and
May 1st.

Given fans enthusiasm for everything Duran Duran the video team will make every
effort to accurately capture the whole concert so that fans will be able to play
the DVD and experience the historic reunion concert in their homes - over and
over again.

Botch packages are really great, not to speak about de DVD itself!!! waited a long time, coz the video's were almost like snow!!

YEEEEEHAAAAWWW!!! Its a great time to be a child of the 80s! Duran Duran is putting out DVDs, Tears For Fears reunited, and Prince is the talk of the town!!!

Oooohhh Arcadia I would invest in that DVD. I haven't seen Election Day since the mid or late 80's. I would love to watch now. I just bought Sing Blue Silver and Duran Duran within the past year. Talk about better late than never, but now I should have waited for the remastered versions. My Arcadia tape needs to be replaced. It's barely audible. I was planning on ordering through Amazon soon, or should I wait until next year for that? I don't know if I can wait that long.

The Arcadia video is really cool too. Videos for Election Day, Goodbye is Forever, The Flame, The Promise and Missing, PLUS behind the scenes footage for each video. I have it on vhs, a copy of a copy of a copy, so the quality is a little blurry... I hope they release it on dvd!!!



Oh, and as far as the Arcadia cd... Well of course you have to eventually get that, just don't forget the remix cd, it's absolute bliss!
