Aaah, the travesty that is AI. Why would you expect anything different?
The show snatched defeat from the jaws of victory by ruining an opportunity to have good competition. A battle royale between 3 contestants (Jennifer, La Toya and Fantasia) that could actually sing. I guess they'd prefer to be known as one of the co-conspirators in the promotion of William Hung. 
The world of "entertainment"(aka the lowest common denominator)...what a business.

Am I the only one who saw the obvious?...Last night convinced me that that show is completely fixed. With the exception of the '3 Divas' no one even slightly grabbed my attention this season. I knew it as soon as I saw the two groups that it was fixed. (Here I go) There is NO way America was going to tolerate the TOP 3 AMERICAN Idol contestants to all be BLACK. (I said it  ...) Also, the format had already become stagnate and this season had no real spark. How do they turn it around? Do a 360 and shock everyone...At least that is my theory.
