I hope T fans appreciate this. You do realize someone is shelling out the money for you to hear this. And everyone of you can hear this.

And alot of these unreleased tracks? Oh man, Tonex's label isn't gonna be too thrilled to see they aint seeing a dime from these airplays.

His wifes lp sounds like it is going to be great.

Tonex just did another track that just did my mind in.
of all the people who you get into, when you get into TONEX....

you really have no clue of the vault he has.
He and Prince are going to work together. That is inevitable.
Prince is already checked him but Sheila is probably gonna mention Tonex again.

Ridiculous
Bounce
Memories
Thought U Said
Thank Q
Aint
Miracles
We gets Down
Nerve
On my Way
Hate party

Just a few of the crazy Tonex tracks that are playing. Im telling you Prince fans... dang....
How on earth can the world sleep on this guy?

Genius is one word I would call Tonex.

You know Stevie Wonder listens to this cat? Considers him one of his "Favorite"

Prince.org will probably not be receptive to him for his preaching tone to his music but he was raised in a extremely religious family and it seems like the pastor side in him takes hold. And like Prince he is full of surprises in his musical direction.

I've seen this cat flip it so many ways...

Dig the Chamelon.....you can't figure out where he is gonna be musically

I love this cat so much. But im warning all of you CATS if you get into T expect the crazyness and experimental mixed with the soul/hip hop/R&B

And Im telling you right now alot of this stuff isnt released....
and T is letting you in what he has in that brilliant mind of his.

Give Respect to the cat.I know cats talk about Neptunes and Usher on here....

But TONEX leaps past those cats...

Different dimension....

I bought the first album. It was kinda okay. The second one was much better. And from what I understand, he puts on a better live show than his CD portrays. The dance ensemble at my church uses his material a lot.

You liked the second album? That one was messed with. He had to go back 13 times til the label accepted it. He is too far ahead of cats. Im telling you... dig into this...

you gonna say "T is crazy"

T and Prince both the most prolific cats in the game.

Good Morning All,

I've did a thread on Tonex a few weeks ago on some of his shelved albums that you purchase at his underground website.

The album I reviewed is his 2-cd opus called Oak Park: 92105. THIS is the best CD I've heard THIS YEAR, Tonex conisders this one his favorite album EVER, It is like the gospel version of Sign O The Times. Tonex truly proved his genius on this record. It needs to be released to the public, his gospel record company Verity Records didn't want to release it from what I was told, because it was too risque. But I can't stop playing these 2-CDs.

Tonex is very prolific and wanted to give his fans some unrelased music to hold them over until the release of his 2-CD set Out The Box on May 18th.

Hopefully some of it will be raw and no-holds barred like his underground CDs.

Yeah Tonex is a very slept on brotha. But he will get his due in due time.

God Bless,
Brother 9/15

Good to see you be repping TONEX.
That station is hot. I just heard "Alright" and it's like dang.... he is coming with it.

Have you heard "Memories" that song is gonna make people fall out. Such a brilliant cat.
I promote T for free... and always amazed at his ability to bring the listener something at a alarming rapid speed like Prince.

nod cuz alot of people front and cockblock the cat in getting him known. uzi

but if you turn up the speakers you gonna start to do this dancing jig

Oh so that's you.....lol,

Yes, I've seen your reviews, you've done an excellent job over at that site. No I haven't heard "Memories". I haven't listened to my contemporary gospel station here in Atlanta in a while. I'm sure they're playing some stuff off of Out The Box though, I'm just waiting for May 18th to get his new release and be surprised all at once. And of course get the DVD....Is he doing anything from his great underground albums on the DVD performance?

He turned out BET Celebration Of Gospel IV on BET a few months ago with "Make Me Over". However I missed him and Sheila E perform on 2004 Stellar Awards,

The current T track I'm bumping the most is "Secret X" from Protransalutinary. That one is tight!!!!!

2004 is gonna be his breakout year.....I think.

Hey is it true...that he does aftershow performances like Prince does too?

From listening to his recordings, his experimental ways reminds me very much of Prince, when he first started out.....Yes he's all over the map musically. His style is surely innovated and unorthodox especially in Christian/Gospel muscial circles.
