The supposed anti-gay comments Bette made seem way out of context. As for Cho, I've never really enjoyed her and this is one more reason to not bother with her...

not judging by cho's comments but by bette's on king's show, it's not to say that she's against gays in marriage.

she might be looking at it from a point of view of the "many, many, gays" she knows personally.

that's how we all base our views and opinions on things i guess is how we can relate to them personally.

maybe all the gays she knows are rabid sluts.

nevermind the fact that she ain't a youngin anymore. older folks grew up in a different time.

"I was not trying to playa hate Bette Midler, just showing a different opinion about the way heterosexual and homosexual culture divides itself within the larger social and assumingly liberal democratic structure.
