Eric Benet I am a big fan of Eric Benet and think his debut album 'True To Myself' is awesome. Songs like 'I'll Be There', 'If You Want Me To Stay' cover featuring the late, great Roger Troutman,'Chains', 'Physical Thang', 'More Than Just A Girlfriend', 'Lets Stay Together' and 'Feminity', the whole album is awesome. That album I would give ***1/2 out of 5.
'A Day In The Life' is also excellent but not as great as his debut. The best songs on this album are 'Georgy Porgy' with Faith Evans, 'When You Think Of Me' featuring Roy Ayers, 'Why You Follow Me', 'Spend My Life With You' with Tamia are my faves of this album. I would give this album ***1/2 out of 5. Are there any other Eric Benet fans and does anyone know if he is planning to release a new album. | |

I am a BIG Benet fan, I love Georgy Porgy. He has done quite a few songs for Soundtracks over the last couple of years & I did hear a few months ago that he was in the studio working on some new stuff. | |

Cool. I know he recorded 'Love Don't Love Me' for The Brothers soundtrack so it would b excellent if he releases a new album soon. | |
