Anybody else up on it?

I saw them live back in '95. At the time I hadn't heard much by them, and after the show I was compelled to pick up the two albums they had out at the time, 'In Search Of Manny' and 'Natural Ingredients'.

'Fever In, Fever Out', their third, might be the best of all. Check them out if you're looking for some good music.

TRON

I saw them at Lollapalooza '94 on the side stage. They were pretty good.

I've never really explored their music, but I really like what I've heard.

I remember passing up Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds to see LJ at Lollapalooza in 1994, cuz I was so excited about "In Search of Manny", and anyway, as much as I love Nick Cave, who wants to hear "Red Right Hand" outside in the middle of the afternoon? Bad scheduling. They gave a good show, though I was a little disappointed in the stuff they did after "Manny"...but I will say "Why Do I Lie" is one of the finest ballads ever written.

Seen em 3 times back in the day. They were great. The Kostars album that two of the girls made was great also. I owe that to another orger I think... hmmm...

I love them. Natural ingredients is a kick ass album. And don't forget Vivian Trimble's (LJ keyboardist) excursion with Josephine Wiggs on "Dusty Trails". Emmylou guests on that album as well.

They disbanded about 3 1/2 years ago, unfortunately.
