i saw this too. i have made the conclusion he is a pedophile. even if he isnt guilty of this he still has the tendencies of a pedophile. i wonder if he is a member of nambla? "I'm here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum"

Who knows if there's any truth to any of this? There's so much money at stake here, and it's all based on the reputation of a very, very, very eccentric man with a famously troubled past. The only truth is, whether Jacko is indeed guilty of everything we've heard about, or whether parents and lawyers are feeding these boys all the nightmare scenarios for the love of money, the kids wind up exploited either way.

That is the '93 declaration of Jordy, right? I agree it's a disturbing read, but u should realise anybody could write that and make his child swear it's the truth. It's a declaration. Also, as part of a custody battle, look how the mother looks in the document, and than the father. Finally, they mention only 1 specific place and time (Monaco) where something supposedly happened. After that it's all randomness. Oh, and the source of the love letters is the English tabloid Sunday Mirror. They also wrote: that Jackson was an emotional wreck during Thursday's flight on his private jet from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara, Calif., where he ultimately turned himself in to authorities peacefully. The Mirror reported that Jackson's handlers had to practically drag him aboard the airplane and once in flight, he was in a state of panic, shaking and rocking back and forth so much that he had to be sedated. He was heard saying, "Why, why, why are they doing this to me?" over and over again, according to the Mirror. At one point, the singer demanded to be flown to South America to avoid confronting the arrest warrant on counts of child molestation Well, mayb it's true. It's all speculation at this point. "It's better 2 B hated 4 what U R than 2 B loved 4 what U R not."

Either you were watching a different CNN channel (there are like 3 CNN's) or you are in denial, but I still love you. Let the rain come down...17 days....

I won't believe any of this until there's an actual trial. And even then, it might not end up fair.

they always say a "source said"..
But the news said 12 LETTERS! ** How fast do you think MJ & his Lawyers are going to say "The Cops planted the letters, they had a handwriting expert copy MJ's handwriting, they wanted to frame him,the guy that actually found the letters was a Prince fan .. & or the guy that found the letters in 2nd grade picked of on black kid in school so he is a racist and framed MJ" take your pick.. because 1 or ALL of these will be used. (probably not the Prince one ) I'd assume though on the other side.. the Cops side.. they must have dusted ALL 12 Sicko Letters for fingerprints. *** even so if MJ gets off because this INSANE Mother who let her kid stay with Jackson.. is proven to be a bigger nut then she already is!!! & or MJ has a Video of her saying whatever.. MJ is done in the publics & entertainments eyes.. with 12 love/sex/porn letters to a kid [This message was edited Mon Nov 24 0:11:42 PST 2003 by locoarts]

that's hardly damning, considering he hasn't even been formally charged yet. this sounds like one of those stories that gets a lot of play for a few days, but gets forgotten, and isn't even something that comes up in the trial, because it was just a rumor. we shall see though. but really, can you imagine MJ writing anything sexually explicit? ugh...

The only information about the letters released is that they are "explicit." That could simply mean Jackson wrote the words, "I love you," which is not all that unusual. You can write, "Get well soon. I love you. Michael Jackson." and have it deemed an explicit love letter. They haven't mentioned what kind of love the letters display. Until they release some real information, you really shouldn't rush to judgement. I'm just sitting back and waiting for the facts, personally.

I haven't heard the letters being called "sexually explicit", just "explicit."

He allegedly wrote "love letters" to Jordy Chandler as well but no-one has ever seen them.

So true, too. Isn't it the case in the US that the final decision is made by usual people that form the jury? Well, everyone has an opinion on Michael Jackson and they are mostly very radical.

Wouldn't michael have sent these letters or given them to his accuser? If so, why were they still at Neverland?
Also why would the Police leak these details? wouldn't they keep potential evidence a secret, at least until the trial? Won't michael and his legal team have the heads up on this now? Sounds to me like the tabloids, devoid of a story til Jan 9th, have to make their own stories up til then?

I don't know what to think or whom to believe. Probably,
this thing will work itself out in time. Meanwhile, I think those "official" papers look kind of phony. I mean, if those are official government pieces than they're just about the worst and most infantile draft I've ever seen in regard to a matter like this [I've worked in several departments where I read these kind of documents on a daily basis]. The way things are formulated and stated just has a very very bad smell about it. But once again, that could be the way Americans draught up their official documents. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I think everyone needs to wait and see what comes out in the trial. I'm sure that the police have some sort of credible evidence, or else they wouldn't have arrested him. That having been said, it will be up to a jury to decide if the evidence in question actually proves beyond a reasonable doubt that he is guilty of the crime he has been accused of.
Right now, the media is reporting every little tidbit they can get their hands on, which doesn't prove a thing. Reserve judgement, until you know all the facts. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

Just assuming, I would expect regardless of how much hard evidence they have, he will probably get out of it.. I just think money has a lot to do with these things.. and the judicial system is corrupt..
