Joe Smooth: The Promised Land Anyone out here who knows this song? It's actually one of the first house songs and it reminds me somehow of Prince.

Yes, I know it. Doesn't remind me of Prince at all. A version by The Style Council ( Paul Weller's last group ) was in the UK charts in 88/89. Check it out as it's a good version. | |
