We should also keep in mind that most people haven't heard this song, it's an outtake. It hasn't been commercially released, perhaps because of the controversial nature of this part of the song. Whereas, Eminem wouldn't keep something like that unreleased, he'd be perfectly happy releasing any evil thought that comes out on tape.
