Anyone like this band? They have done songs that are as complex as any Prince song. They do a good Beatles cop as well. Andy Partridge is a genius.

i used to like the song 'dear god' when i was a little kid but then i grew up and understood the lyrics...now i think its an awful song.

I still don't know Mummer, Skylarking, their post NonSuch work and The Duke Of something fake band - I've downloaded Dear God last summer - it's never been a hit here - what a great song! the intro with the child voice and the second verse with Andy on vocals are fabulous I wonder if P knows this track and, if so, what does he think of the lyrics?
