I was a bit curious when I heard a new group contained elements of both groups, and pulled it off brilliantly... and it is true, This new group called the Leaves from Iceland is top notch music. The vocals resemble coldplay, as well as the mellow vibe they have. I assume the reason people bring up Sigur Ros is mainly because some of the tracks contain the same guitar feels/vibe that sigur ros gives, plus they are from iceland..

Its a mellow trippy ablum with big vocal guest stars, including Chris Martin and Michael Stipe. Its one cool album.
