Good lawd, has anyone else got this, it is sooo hard to get into. OK Computer was a stunner and i still hear new things on it every time its played but this cd?. I'll give it 3 more listens tops.

I loved it from the first listen. Wasn't crazy about Kid A or Amnesiac, though there were a few salvageable songs from each - but Hail to the Thief is, in my opinion, a real return to form. It's a bit overstimulating on the first couple of listens cuz there's so much going on w/ the music, but give it a chance - it's actually not as depressing as the press makes it out to be.

Keep goin with it, it's a gorgeous album that will win you over once you let it sink in...

Album of the Year, IMO. Absolute genius!!!

This album took me about 5 good listens to really start getting into it, but now I really like it. I loved The Bends & OK Computer but hated the last 2. I rate this one not quite as high as the 1st 2 but MUCH better than the last 2. Confused yet? In other words give it a bit more of a chance...

keep listening. it's their 5th masterpiece in a row.

But hey that's just me. ;=)

One of the best of 2003.. by far.


Its a creepy set of songs, but beautiful and genius is deep within after a few listens.. trust me
