NOBODY does it quite like Re Re!!! Very nice album. I especially love the title track and "You Are My Joy." No one can tickle them ivories like The Queen of Soul!!! Absolutely love her style of playing.

bought it yesterday and it's already up on ebay. A few nice tracks but a bit too adult contemporary for me (not that there's anything wrong with that)

So Damn Happy is the ultimate feel-good record eva Ain't nothing like Aunt ReRe when she's in a low-down groove and ain't nothing like Aunt ReRe when she's in a hyper mood. She just let you in,,,you could feel every damn note she blow!

You Are My Joy is def a vintage Aretha

I actually wish she had produced more of the album herself; although, the tracks with Mary J. Blige are nice, too. Maybe even a reunion with Quincy Jones or Arif Mardin would've set the record straight as well.
