Sly Stone played alot of the guitarparts as well
as the bass & most keyboards. Especially on "There´s a riot going on",Family affair etc. & "Fresh".Those live clips I´ve seen´from the 70's he´s 2 stoned 2 have his chops in order tho´. /peace Manki | |

Sly Stone Rocks 
Prince has his musical influences, his stage show influences, and then there's Sly...definitely one of his SONGWRITING influences. So many Prince songs sound like they could've been written by Sly: The Ballad of Dorothy Parker Make Your Mama Happy 1999 Starfish and Coffee We gets Up We Can Funk Get It Up Money Don't Matter 2nite THE WHOLE PARADE ALBUM (except Kiss) Uhhh...did I forget some? | |
