Spellbound - Paula Abdul

This was the second album bought, I rembered thinking it was the best record ever (looking back she has the worst voice ever) anyway I came across it, it's actually o.k album although I would never turn it up loud, the Family stand, Prince, victor st, all wrote and produced the record, my fav was Rush Rush and Vibeology
but her next album was crap

I loved "u" and "2 u"? and I loved "Blowing Kisses in the wind" and
"Promise of a new day" what a strange song, I still don't get the style and melody, I haven't heard anything like it still
It was an awesome pop album, one of the best, too bad about the vocals
Britney needs to make a pop album like this, but she wouldn't know where to start

absolutely adore this album.

in fact, i listened to it so much in 91/92, that when i hear it now, it's not even like listening to music. it's like listening to something from my subconscious. i just smile... it's a delight. an overlooked album that still sounds very good today.

It's one of 3 albums in my entire life that I have sold because I grew out of it. It was nice at the time.

lol Some of the songs are still enjoyable, but I haven't been interested in her since about 1992.

You know I'm just kidding. I haven't been into Paula in over a decade either. I still like her though.

isn't it neat how Kylie is so much better, but has the likes of Paula Abdul writing songs for her? lol

I remember in 1991,buying this CD strictly for the Prince-written track "U".But I liked a few of the other songs too.My favorite song was "To You".But I lost interest in Paula really quickly. She's fine and can dance her ass off,but musically, she just didn't have too much to offer.
