Hmm, good question. There are a few that i like, but im just going to have to have a good long hard think about it.

To answer u're question, yes, AC/DC's "Long way to the top" was 70's (sung by Bon Scott, who died and then they got that other guy for the 1980 classic "Back In Black").

Hmm, let me get back 2 u on this Joshy

hehehe...It wasn't until a few years ago where I actually realized and believed that AC/DC were from Aussie and not from England.

They are such a "Guy's" band. I don't know many girls/women who actually like them. (including me)

Actually, two-thirds of Crowded House were Aussies, and they formed and worked in Oz, so "technically" they're an Aussie band, but since the main creative force, Neil Finn, is Kiwi, it's a close call.

Does anyone remember "Big Pig". I actually liked "Big Hotel", and some other song they had.

Do "The Triffids" count as Aussie? If so, then "Wide Open Road" for starters.

Then there was Spy V. Spy. I really liked their first album.

Hunters and Collectors - Say Goodbye, Throw Your Arms Around Me.

The Saints - pick something.

Hoodoo Gurus - Bittersweet, Like Wow, Wipeout

The Rads - Gimme Head!!! (U got me steamin' at 100 degrees...)
