Sinead O'Connor's releases last album sept 9

Sinead O'Connor will close her music career with a two-disc set entitled She Who Dwells in the Secret Place of the Most High Shall Abide Under the Shadow of the Almighty. The collection, which will hit store shelves on September 9, will be released by Vanguard Records.

She Who Dwells in the Secret Place of the Most High Shall Abide Under the Shadow of the Almighty will consist of one disc of rare and unreleased studio tracks, as well as a few new songs, and a second disc containing a concert performance from late 2002 that O'Connor performed in Dublin, Ireland.

The first disc will consist of 19 tracks, while the second will include a concert that O'Connor performed at the Vicar Street venue on October 26, 2002. The set included songs from every phase of the singer's career.

A concert and documentary DVD, Goodnight, Thank You, You've Been a Lovely Audience, will be released on August 26 via Eagle Vision and will include the same track list as disc two of the CD set.

no guys...this is for real...im surpises me that nobody hear has heard of this...

at anyrate: the sept 9th album consists of outtakes and live tracks...nothing new from her. her last "new" tune will be on the dolly pardon tribute album that is released in october (the same one with ms. meshell..thats gotta rock).

i know that she tends to throw these stunts every few years..but something about the open letter to her fans that struck me as sincere...she said its a desire for her to spend more time with her children without distractions from fans and paparazi..she understands that this comes with the part of being a rock star/celebrity..so she is removing herself from entertainment...to be a mother...

i just cant see a woman using her motherhood for publicity...now, if she were releasing a brand new album or something then i would have doubt..but the tune for the dolly album was recorded almost a year ago...and she has no intentions of releasing anything new..

fight the "real" enemy edit!!!

sorry but it's senseless , is she the first famous woman / artist to be mother too or what?
Are the others actress / female singers "bad mothers"?
I remember one of her interviews in the early 90s , it's not the first time that I quote her here:
I've been raped the day of my conception wtf? rolleyes err
maybe she could be public relation for P hehe
