Sly Stone's group Little Sister

Anyone remember them? I thought they were just as funky as The Family Stone!!! I wish they had actually released their album. "You're The One" and "Somebody's Watching You" was the shit!!!

I read on Sly & the family´s yahoo group that
Little sister apparently started doing live gigs
again.I have´nt heard anything more tho'.
I also heard rumours about a whole album recorded
during the early 70´s.
I´d love 2 get them Little sister songs remastered
on cd.You´re the oneis the jam!!!

Harlepolis

Okaypimpn you should chill with my older brotha, both of ya'll niggas L-O-V-E Sly & The Stone family.

I'm not really too deep into their stuff but I can tell you a couple of joints from them.

Anyway, whats your opinion about Prince & Lary Graham's version of "Everyday People" from the RAVE 2000 DVD? They didn't do the song justice but I love their version alot, they sound happy in that song nod

Ummm...I thought it was okay, but they definitely could've done without that little two-step dance during the breakdown. I dunno, to me it seemed like it was a little bit on the slow side and all I could picture were two men over 40 trying to get it crunk! hmph!
