Neil Finn Tribute Thread Whether it was with Crowded House, Split Enz or his own solo endeavors, few people have written as many intelligent, melodic and memorable pop tunes (in my opinion) as Neil Finn.
I caught his last tour's US leg in DC, last summer, and I can't think of many shows that could top it. Neil entertains, delivers some musical gems and never stops being down-to-earth and comical. I must agree with you, I'm listening to One Nil right now. Prince may be the purple Yoda, but Wendy & Lisa and Eric Leeds also sit on the Jedi Council.

I still gotta get One Nil, but I love Neil Finn. He is a great songwriter.
Much respect. I still gotta catch him live too. Geeez. What's WRONG with me?

To Neil Finn
Wherever you are [/quote] Probably at his house in Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand, playing around in the recording studio in his house while his totally hot wife Maria bakes muffins. Or maybe helping out his son with his band Betchadupa. Or chillin' with his bro Tim. Take your pick I suppose. But he is good, innie?!

Neil is the best (white) singer in pop history & have you heard his cover of Billie Jean?
Nails In My Feet ( on Together Alone, last CH album )is a pop masterpiece Go Neil!
