I wouldn't call it a guilty pleasure. This song would easily be on my Top 100 all-time faves. I've had some serious childhood flashbacks with this song. Always loved it.
"Now that I've put it altogther Give me the chance to make you see eee That you've used up all the love in your heart. Nothing left for me, Ain't there nothing left for me heee BABY COME BACK"! "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!
"It's just my imagination, once again running away with me."

Did anyone know that the guy who plays Ridge Forrester (Ron Moss) on the soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful" was a member of that band? If I remember correctly, he played bass. That's a cool song, though I used to think it was by Ambrosia - another cool ass group. They sang "How much I Feel". They also did a cool version of "I Just Can't Let Go", with Michael McDonald providing harmony vocals. Patti Austin (another great) also did her own version of that song. I just listened to the song again and it hit me that this could have been a Hall & Oates song. I think they could have or still record a great rendition. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

love that song... We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. Maya Angelou
