i've got tix for drive-by truckers in november. this'll be the 'southern rock opera' 25th anniversary tour, so i'm pretty excited to see what they do for this one. i'll also be seeing kurt vile in june. i'm not as abled as i used to be, so don't get to shows the way i used to. there are some that are not to be missed, though. |

Last weekend I saw Craig David and went to DJ Cassidy Pass The Mic. Bobby Brown and Faith Evans owned that crowd but TLC, Total, Method Man/Redman, Treach, and Boyz II Men were all soooo good too. . June: Thee Sacred Souls Tanerélle Ladyland Pride featuring Arca, Sevdaliza, Tokischa, Derrick Carter and more MAYBE Janet Jackson idk they are selling those $25 tickets for $40 rn . I just saw Kelly Jones (lead singer of Stereophonics) in London. An excellent show. He is touring his new album, all stripped back and mainly just him on the piano. He is also playing 2 shows a night in the same venue (7pm and 9pm) and insisting on no cell phones (this was very well observed in the late show). Remind you of anyone? | |

When I went to see Corinne Bailey Rae back in February. They asked for no phones/cameras. And I was In the 6th row! 😢
But I was lucky. When she came walking down the aisle, I put my hand up for a high five (I didnt want to reach out and grab her) She grabbed my hand and pulled me in close and smiled at me

None. I think my husband and I have crossed into old men territory as neither of us want to go anymore! I almost got tix for David Gilmour at MSG in the fall but then didn't want to spend the $$ and also didn't want to deal with the hassle and crowd |

Some of you guys go to more concerts in one year than I've been to in my life  I'm going to Taylor Swift at the end of the month. I'm not even a big fan of hers. I can probably name 3 of her songs. But the tickets were free (a gift) and I'm going with my cousin who I haven't really seen in ages so it should be fun regardless. | |
