Pretty sure I read someone that Jam and Lewis actually told Janet to hook up with Jellybean as he would be better suited as its a rock track, which he did before "Black Cat"...
..see "Rhythm of change" by Nona Hendryx for example. Though of all things, Barry Gibb's "System of love" sounds like it influenced it. But no way Jellybean woulda heard that obscuro though so Iam reaching....
