Diana Ross Returns With 1st New All Original Album In Over 20 Years

Diana Ross is back!

The legendary singer and Supremes great returns with “Thank You,” the title track from her forthcoming album.

The new track dropped at the stroke of midnight, and is one of 13 works on the Thank You LP, due out this fall.

Could be an Anderson .Paak collaboration song.

Like it very much.

Radio friendly and a classically crafted melody.

No traces of contemporary additions such as rap or electronics or whatever.

Smart and well written.

The production is also strong.

The song continues in the tradition of dance floor and funky parts.

Her voice is still good, although you inevitably hear the traces of life in it.

And that's all good.
