Yeah, idk but I've been following this story these
past few days. But I think they're saying that if he
goes up against Eminem a trap battle, he gonna lose.

And I just now figured out why this story keeps popping
up on my news, it's probably because I recently
watched an Eminem video from YouTube on a playlist.

Yeah I saw this whole shit. Truth is Eminem went after him recently on a Fat Joe track he

did with some other guests. It just so happens our gracious rapper(who obviously takes lessons

on how to be an asshole from 50 cents) dissed Nick first after the whole beef shit should have been

dead several years ago. Nick just defended himself. Not a Nick fan but I thought he handled himself well. The problem is nobody is gonna ever take Nick seriously as a rapper coming from the Nickelodeon Wellspring no more than anyone taking Bow Wow seriously as an adult rapper.

No matter what Eminem and 50 cent does their fans will eat their shit. Eminem is already having issues with Lord Jamar. I laugh everytime I see some bullshit on Youtube about Eminem's beef with another rapper. All his fans are up in arms. Oh wait until Eminem destroy him and put him to sleep.

Eminem knows who to fuck with and who not to fuck with. One of these days Em and 50 gonna fuck

with the wrong one and get spilled.

This stuff is so funny because of social media this is "news" or people think WOW this is a big deal. Personally even when Nick Cannon was relevant he was not relevant. Yeah he had Wild N Out but MTV is a dead network, no one even cares about that thing anymore. Its all hashtag and twitter bullshit. And now you have people like Suge Knights son? WTF who is he? jumping in, let me guess is he gonna kill one of them? Then 50 CENT jumps in, another non relevant artist. Let me check the calendar is it going to 2020 or 2000? It gets hits and clicks, I heard Eminem do a whole interview about this on Machine Gun Kelly who I could tell less than one thing he has done. So it may get clicks and hits, but none of you can sell a record, YES i am comparing times like people always do the other way around. No One buys music anymore for a reason and one of the main reasons has nothing to do with the availability of it, or streaming, its got to do with your product and what artists have now to give. Put it this way, when a NEW ARTIST walks into a deal the LAST THING they ask is "So what is your music about?" the first thing they ask is, "how many followers do you have" "Whats your twitter feed look like", "Have you gone viral with anything" please with this BS

I'm just following this with mild
interest. Was just thinking how these
celebrities use the media and songs,
etc to troll each other. It's nothing
new. I read somewhere that Prince
and Vanity did it to each other.

As I was listening to the Eminem
song, he mentioned a woman, not
sure if it was his real life girlfriend.
And then I vaguely remembered he
made a song dissing his ex wife.

I just wonder if this is all for
promoting their music so they stir up
controversy or if it's real. And if so, I
wonder how the ex wife (or anyone)
takes the diss with it being public?

Personally, I would find it hard to take.
It's real life trolling. And it's a personal attack.

I think that it's all for promoting their music, just as you said, since this is exactly what they do these days. It's not about talent anymore, it's just about who can create the biggest scandal, or cause the most noise on Twitter/Social media to get the gullible public to promote them. It shocks me that people still fall for it, I thought that everyone was wise to it, but I guess not!

Uh, dude is on about three or four t.v. shows. and is constantly hosting various t.v. events. If you flip through your t.v. enough, you'll eventually run across NIck Cannon on something.

Its Eminem's career that's dead. This is 2019, not 2002.

I can't blame a man for defending the woman he has children with and was married to.

Eminem's encounter with Mariah must have had a profound effect on him, because he's still talking about her to this day while she refuses to even acknowledge they were ever together.

Neither is relevant in the sense that people really care. I mean Nick is known for MTV and that other thing he hosts or whatever, but when was the last time MTV was relevant? 1992? MTV stocks are so low and viewership is worse that it might not be around soon. So though he is still out there who really knows him? As or Em I mean he is as relevant now as LL in the world of rap. He is a pioneer and he has more respect from peers pretty much and notice despite when and where he is the game is always looking for him, as he said, I give everyone clicks, and he is right. I never heard Nick Cannons this name this much even when he was with MC. As for her she is lucky she has christmas time because musicially her day is beyond over, till she grasps that she cant be Madonna or others that seem to get some kind of recognition for the music she is gonna be stuck in a time warp.

sorry... Nick Cannon is a cornball, always was and always will be... Yes, it is 2019, Mariah sent Nick packing in 2016...so he should be moved on by now. If Eminem chooses not to record anymore, that's his perogative, so you can't say his career is dead because no one is buying his music. Too many Old heads such as Jay Z and Diddy trying act like their are in the 20's still, it's a bad look. Thier time is over. Nick is only doing this for the publicity and nothing else, in reality, no one is buying his music unless he's trying to start beef with someone else.

Yes, Nick is corny. I don't think anyone takes him seriously as a rapper. His television career, however, is very existent.

The real question is why does Eminem keep Mariah's name in his mouth?

As I said, Nick and Mariah have kids together. He did nothing wrong by defending his kid's mother, in my opinion.

WHY IS EMINEM STILL BRINGING HER UP?

She has clearly shat on him publicly TWICE with Obsessed and Clown. She doesn't acknowledge him. Why is he still talking about her like they were a thing?

Why?

I'll take a Mariah track with someone actually SINGING on a record over a rap nerd sputtering through the thesaurus trying to sound clever talking about other people.

Its true, she doesn't.

But, he is the one who keeps bringing her and Nick up.

Its 2019. He has no reason to still be clout chasing by using Mariah's name. He hasn't been making much music. He could have used his feature on Fat Joe's record to talk about ANYTHING and he chose Mariah and Nick Cannon?

Nick may be a bit corny but I don't think he's on the wrong side of this for trying.

Wow talk about a "foursome" of irrelevance. Nick Cannon, Mariah, Eminem and Fat Joe all in one Conversation, that really is just twitter fodder. And Yes Mariah has the number one song this week and probably next, but that is only because its christmas and the charts are not relevant anymore because of streaming, its not like people are buying a record, I mean Brenda Lee is currently in the top 5? Whats next John Lennon's Imagine re-entering the top 10.?

Well we all know Nick isn't a viable rapper and barely creditable actor but the one misconception

fools have is that this man doesn't have a brand. This dude knows how to make money.

Don't like him in the music biz but I love his entrepreneurial game. I'd love to pick his brain.

As mentioned by Blaque this guy is all over tv networks. He walked away from 4.5 million dollars a

year on America's Got Talent but is still worth an estimated 50 mil which is more than 50 cent.

You can hate on the dude for no musical talent but this dude is far from being Mr. Mariah Carey

as some would suggest.

Well as P. Diddy and 50 Cent proved who were so called artists, music does not make money. Puffy said almost two decades ago "If i was just selling music i would be broke". Yes he has a "Brand" and makes money, but so does someone selling opiods, they got a brand and make money. 50 Cent is famous for what? Vitamin Water and a tv show, musically is not relevant and hasnt been since album one, nor does any of his music go anywhere. I mean people talk all about Beyonce and Taylor being the biggest in Music, guess what artist over the last two years has generated more money from her "music" through streaming and sales? neither one of them, it is Latin Artist Natti Natasha, who triples the "clicks" and "Views" of both of those ladies added together. I mean he had more of an identity before Mariah I would say, he may be making money, and thats great and having a "brand" but there is a huge seperation that I dont think people get between those in a band and those with a brand. This whole feud over whatever is worse and more meaningless then the Eminem Machine Gun Kelly thing, honestly I no less than one thing MGK has done, and most the population does. We seem to think what is "big now" would even compare to what was big years ago, people have gone from bragging about selling a million records in a week, to now thinking a million streams gets you something, a million streams is equilavent to a minimum wage job, and remember most dont even come close to a million. These stories are click bait, honestly when I heard Fat Joe I said "He's still alive?" seriously thought he died a while ago, not being mean just that shows how much a seperation there is now with social media and everyone thinking they are "popular and important"

None of that entitles Eminem to talk shit about Mariah or Nick and go unresponded to. IMO Mariah is more talented than Eminem. Just because you can string together a few rhyming sentences in a clever way doesn't entitle you to spew old butthurtness out on a record.

This all started with EMINEM. At this point, he should really just moveon.org with his life. He's mad because he couldn't control the narrative of what went on between between him and Mariah and is still bringing it up because he lost and can't let it go.

Now, he just looks like a lovesick puppy turned harrassing asshole. Who's stan now?

But again who cares? That is more my point, people today actually think because something goes viral and twitter gets it its news or these people are actually producing something valuable. I get Nick has a "Brand" etc...everyone now has a brand that is why when people talk mainstream music I laugh and cringe because nothing is going on musically, I look at a Top 10 and think what a shit show this is by artists no one knows. That is more my point even with Mariah having the so called numer one song right now, there is already talk that its not legit that there is a huge amount of manipulated numbers what a shock, streaming numbers bogus? wow who would have thought that?

I couldn't agree more. He's a hypocrite anyway. Like, he's allowed to talk shit about everything and everyone, but lo and behold someone dares to talk about his ex or his daughters. "That’s a line you just don't cross" are his words, but he's talking shit about everyone.

So true @lastdecember, well said! Everything is manipulated these days, and it amazes me that those on Twitter and other social media outlets, don't seem to know this, and just seem to believe and fall for anything they want them to! Social media has everyone thinking that they're a celebrity and important, and they actually think that people in the real world cares about what they think or put on it, and they couldn't be more wrong!

Just like Bobby Brown still not over Janet.
