Hmmm, it's not bad. Cindy and Terri are running En Vogue to death when they could have gone on and done other things as a duet or whatever. En Vogue will never be the same without Dawn Chickenshit Robinson and Maxine. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

They need to put hurt feelings aside to get those coins

En Vogue has never broken up. They haven't released much, but has been touring all this time with different lineups, featuring 2 other members (Rhona & Amanda, not at the same time) other than the original 4. At one point Rhona was in the group at the same time as Maxine with Cindy out for one of her pregnancies. Dawn has been in & out at different points. A few years ago, when the original 4 were together again, they recorded some songs, which Dawn did not participate in, although she continued to do the concerts. The songs weren't released. The last album they released was around 2004, with the Cindy, Terry, & Rhona lineup. Maxine has a problem with Foster & McElroy, who Cindy & Terry continue to work with. So I don't see her returning anytime soon. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

I don't know about Maxine, but a friend interviewed Dawn Robinson a few short years ago (2013 or so?). She constantly went on about the coins, and that she thought every other contract they had was unfair and unrealistic. She opted out every single time. She was the squeaky wheel. She was the first one to jet, pushing them into a threesome. The short reunion they had in the early 10s was shortlived because of Dawn's problems with a contract. (And we can skip the CONtract princespeak here.) . [Edited 12/7/17 13:41pm] Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Dawn is the Jesse Johnson of EnVogue. Dawn was my favorite member of EnVogue. I loved her as a singer and a cutie but damn this chick always brought drama much like Jesse does for The Time. As far as Klymaxx Bernadette Cooper was actually the first member to depart to go solo and produce other acts because she and the other members felt like she had outgrown the group. She left after they released their self titled album and the single and video for Sexy. Cheryl Cooley formed her own lineup after the group disbanded without asking permission from Bernadette or contacting the other members. [Edited 12/10/17 21:53pm] Don't laugh at my funk

She seems like she's missing a few screws...

I like En Vogue. Too bad they are being overshadowed by old drama.

Pretty song
Why doesn't Dawn just manage herself or get involved in music business management? She can sing but seems like her attitude is coming out of a sense of powerlessness, we all seem to underestimate when it comes to entertainment

Sorry I should have said Dawn is the Jesse Johnson of EnVogue. Nevertheless Rocket is decent but the magic the group has been long gone. [Edited 12/10/17 21:54pm] Don't laugh at my funk

Not for me... I liked You're Never Gonna Get It (My Loving) and Don't Let Go, but this is just musical diarrhea...

I love En Vogue! Their voices are so angelic.
