Bruno is proving why he is the best live act (at least on the mainstream front) today.

No one else can touch his performances.

Calling All My Lovelies was so damn fun to watch. cool Overall that's just plain 100% raw entertainment and I wish it lasted longer than an hour. He's really reaching THAT status step by step.

Here I am! wave lol Gurl you already know...I was getting my ENTIRE life to this freaking incredible hour of pure, raw talent! I'm so proud of this man! bawl He really is a legend in the making. We got something special with Bruno Mars. He did the Apollo proud, the legends that went before him proud, his mama (may she RIP) and his entire family proud. And of course he did us, his fans proud! Now I'm off to re-watch it again on my DVR--one hour was not long enough. There needs to be a DVD release with an extra 1-2 hours of bonus footage.

IT'S BRUNO MARS SEASON EVERYBODY! excited excited excited excited excited excited

This special just join the ranks of legendary TV/film stuff like Prince: Sign of the Times DVD film and Motown 25th Anniversary.

It's pure raw talent. He's hitting notes nobody else from his peers can, he's playing guitar, dancing in his own style, doing comedy skits in between.

He did a nice guitar solo, What song was that? And one part he had a cane thrown to him on stage. But of these parts reminded me of Prince.

Agree, that was tough, but not Bruno's fault.

No one will ever come close to the Prince swagger and stage bizness. wildsign

I meant to say I'm talking about 2 different songs during his performance.

Calling All My Lovelies is the Song where he had a cane thrown to him on stage, right?

Then there was another song he did a guitar solo, What song was that?

He got the cane for "Uptown Funk". "Calling All My Lovelies" had the guitar solo.

"Calling All My Lovelies" would've been a nice single. If it's not too late for that, it could make a killing on R&B radio.

So I guess he added the guitar solo for the Live performance because this youtube version doesn't have the solo?

The other song is "I'd Rather Be With You" by Bootsy Collins.

He perfectly mixed the two songs, even Bootsy tweeted that he admired that.

The song is also the basis for "Redbone", Bootsy's music is still relevant to this day which is very awesome cool
