hate to break it to everyone, but when people settle or pay out to shut people up, SOMETHING HAPPENED that they are guilty of, and this goes to all from Bill O fucking Reily to Michael Jackson. Bill O Reilly paid out 32 million and still says nothing happened. OK. R Kelly has paid off claims etc..
