yep... i feel the same way...and No I.D blessed him with a cohesive selection of classic New York style beats... no formulaic southern influenced trap beats... no experimental overproduced industrial sounding EDM beats...just authentic hiphop....

I like that jay made this album and its age appropriate. Not looking radio singles or cashing in on trends. Jay making a project this good at his late age proves that you can be a rapper in old age and it not be ridiculous. Jay is carving the way for the younger rappers to have life after their youth. Absolutely amazing he went up in the rankings for me.

Yes, I am buying into the conspriacy that every postive thing that comes to Jay-Z and Beyonce is bought and sold to the highest bidder! According to TMZ, who got the low down from sources directly connected to Tidal, Kanye wants out of the company that JAY-Z owns because of a money dispute. In turn, JAY-Z is reportedly threatening to sue his former pal if he opts to move his music to a different platform.

Kanye allegedly made the decision to walk away from Tidal about a month ago, when his lawyers sent a letter to the company claiming that his contract had been breached and therefore, terminated.

Yeezy claims that Tidal owes him close to $3 million dollars, in part for a bonus that he was promised for scoring the company 500,000 new subscribers with his 2016 album "The Life of Pablo." He also claims that Tidal was supposed to reimburse him for music videos and never came through.

OOps I was wrong. I saw it in Billboard. They were talking about the number of albums (physical or digital) sold worldwide. Lemonade was first. Guess lots of funds are being used to pay off people. Prince was first in the US.

What you posted is not from Billboard. Billboard is reporting from another source, that IFPI site but its unreliable and I believe Beyonce paid that outlet to say that and other third party sources are just reporting like the link you posted for example. In other words, that is not what Billboard complied and tracked themselves for their end of the year sales. Drake out sold Adele domestically and Adele followed and then Beyonce Prince sold most records overall though.

Beyonce was not even ranked but artists like David Bowie, Justin Bieber, Cold Play, Drake of course were ranked in the Top 10 best sellers.
