AFAIK, the only Jackson member who became a Muslim was Jermaine. MJ allegedly considered it (but maybe because Jermaine had told him) but he decided not to convert to such (otherwise, his funeral would've been held under a Muslim order, than a Christian one).

Anyways, there's this story going around (sorry if it was already posted) that Janet split from him after five years stipulating if she stayed after five years and leaves, she'll get $500 million of Wissam's money. Don't know how true that is. Again, another story was due to what was going on with Katherine that led Janet to break from the marriage (which kinda gives me Aretha-C.L. Franklin teas).

JANET Jackson’s estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, was spotted out in London over the weekend, amid news of the couple’s split after nearly five years of marriage.

A source confirmed to ET on Sunday that the couple -- who secretly tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed their first child, son Eissa, in January -- have split. Jackson’s rep told ABC News that “the two are not divorcing, but separating.”

The following day, an eyewitness tells ET that the couple’s 3-month-old son, Eissa, was brought over to visit with his father, but Jackson was nowhere to be seen. The couple haven’t been photographed together in recent months, and the eyewitness tells ET that the 50-year-old pop singer has recently been spotted house hunting in nearby London neighborhoods.

Last spring, Jackson decided to postpone her Unbreakable concert tour in order to devote time to starting a family. In February, her brother Jackie said that the new family of three was faring well.

"Janet had a beautiful baby boy. It's all good," he told Good Morning Britain. "Everyone's fine. Everyone's great."

Something about the way this has came out doesn't sit right with me.

Why would Wissam make a public appearance transporting toys knowing he is going to be photographed a day AFTER the split annoucement? Something about this seems orchestrated. I could be wrong but I get a feeling Wissam's camp leaked the split annoucement and if so I wonder if Janet was aware of it because I honestly don't see Janet leaking this story, she is super private especially about her relationships. I don't like the way this is coming out. I am getting jerk radar from Wissam...

Well what ever is going on it looks like they have been apart for some time now. Their not even living together anymore.

Regardess whether they have been living seperately or not, its a spiteful move to leak a story without checking in with Janet. The way Janet's rep confirmed the story made it seem as though they had to clarify things and specify they were seperating and not divorcing or splitting.

Wissam has been super reclusive and private, so I find it strange to see him out bringing toys to his home knowing that is going to draw more unwanted attention to the story.

I believe Wissam leaked the story and I also believe he is a jerk and this will get messy. He could have waited a couple more months before leaking it.

The timing is bizarre...

At first I thought it was a mutual thing but based on the way Wissam is retaliating I believe Janet called it off.

I'm not sure MJ was Muslim. He hung out in places where Islam is the dominant religion, after the 2nd court case, but there was never a story of conversion. MJ always stayed "spiritual". It was Mr. Sharpie Onda Temple that converted, and go ridiculous with his name changes.

I think Janet bought into it for the sake of her marriage - a lot of folks do. They'll convert, or just adopt a new belief system because overall it's not that huge of a deal to them.

He just so happen to go out publicly and be photogaphed (1st photograph in 4 months of him) with toys he is carrying to his home a DAY after a story is leaked that he is seperating from his wife? You think that is a coincidence? Also, Janets rep had to correct the leak so that lets me know that Janet did not intend for this to be leaked so soon. Call it what you want, but going out in public carrying toys to your home after it has been leaked you are seperating from your wife is super shady and is obviously drawing more unwanted attention and momentum to the story IMO.

I am happy that Janet looks happy, thank goodness! I pray that they remain amicable. They probably both were in on leaking it. LOL I am just shocked because Janet is usually private about these type of things. I believe this photo was orchestrated as well. I just wonder why they decided to come out with this story with everything going on with Katherine and Trent and after the birth of ther new born. It appears like they were seperated for some time. The original story is simply quoting "a friend" for one to two sentences about Wissam being callous toward Katherine Jackson's elder abuse situation. It turned into front page news, and I believe the rest is fluff.
